Inland Empire Market Indicators Time Line

By Admin on July 9, 2008

I have found that the Inland Empire market data stabilizes around the 15th of the following month, all market reports in the future will be published around the 15th of the month for the previous month.

In previewing the data it appears that the number of foreclosures in June 08 has stabilized around the same volume as May 8.  This is not good news as it looks like the number of sales in the Inland Empire have decreased slightly thus allowing us to build about 2,000 more foreclosures than sales in the Inland Empire in June.

The full report will be published later this month.  We cover Upland, Claremont, La Verne, Ontario, Montclair, Rancho Cucamonga, Alta Loma, Fontana, Mira Loma, Chino, Chino Hills, Beaumont and Riverside in depth.  If you have a city in the Inland Empire that you would like tracked, drop us an e-mail and we will start tracking it.

It's important to stay in tune with the changes in the market. Call Empire Realty for your next personal real estate consultation at (909) 579-6611, or visit us on the web at Empire Realty.
